CaseWorksCSI is a flexible and configurable Digital Evidence Management software. It is designed to manage all Crime Scene images including raw, jpeg, Tif, png, and others binary type files. It can also manage your audio/video files, 360 videos, surveillance videos, polygraphs, and other digital evidence. CaseWorks CSI is designed with an upload Photo Kiosk module for step by step seamless digital image upload, printing, or C/DVD’s burning. Our Web/Thin Client is for remote image upload, review, and printing and other Work Order module manages inter-departmental requests.

CaseWorksCSI uses proven technology. The database can use either MS-SQL or Oracle database software. The software has been used for many years for some of the largest agencies in the country. With almost zero downtime, our software has expanded throughout the agencies creating a high rate of return on investment. CaseWorksCSI database server securely stores all of the case, evidence metadata, and chain of custody data. While the server securely stores the digital evidence. Active Directory, LDAP, and your permissions policies ensure cases add evidence are accessible to only those you specifically authorize. Hash Sum verification and 256 bit AES encryption ensure data is secure.
